PMC reopens the registration portal for MDCAT 2022

The MDCAT 2022 registration page has been reopened by PMC. From July 23 through July 27, 2022, late applications for the National Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) will be accepted. Admission to any government or private medical or dentistry schools in the nation requires passing the National MDCAT exam. Computerized National MDCAT is conducted by PMC. For Overseas Pakistanis and International Students, exams are given at various venues across the nation and overseas.

The MDCAT registration period will resume on July 23, 2022. The PMC MDCAT 2022 application deadline is July 27, 2022. The PMC National MDCAT 2022 will take place in 20 places throughout Pakistan from September 7 to September 30.

The policy establishing provincial MDCAT Committees, made up of three members chosen by the provincial government, of which two must be from public sector medical universities and one from a private medical university, has also been approved by the Council. These committees will be established in each province and territory by the relevant federal and provincial governments.

To maintain openness and ownership, the MDCAT Committees will assess the curriculum and recommend any modifications to the National Medical and Dental Academic Board. They may also suggest a questions bank to be used on the MDCAT test. The MDCAT 2022 test will be administered using a special IT system controlled by PMC.

Islamabad, Karachi, Hyderabad, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, and Quetta will all administer the test at the same time. The USA, UK, Europe, Gulf States, and Asia are among the international test locations for the National MDCAT 2022.
