  4. Upload the following attested documents:
    • CNIC copies of the applicant and guardian
    • Recent photograph (within the last 3 months)
    • Current electricity bill
    • Pension book or salary slip of family members
    • Previous exam results
    • Last semester/year fee slip
    • Bonafide certificate and Iqrar Nama (templates available on the Al-Khidmat website)

Document Submission Guidelines:

  • Applicants from Central, South, and North Punjab should specify their regions. Applicants from Karachi should mention it clearly as Karachi is excluded from the Sindh region.
